first,open internet browser like internet explorer and mozilla fiefox it can't run on opera,netscape navigator.

second,open the orbit downloader and open grab++

third,open the sites that allow you to preview the videos or music,and then go to the grab++ apllication,the video or music files will appear on the list, click on the file and click download(ps:you must download files with known file types)
